TLegname Hello friend, I have a very similar problem, did they give you a solution? They don't want to acknowledge the guarantee, they ask me for a packaging paper that isn't in me anymore.
My device got wet several times and started to fail, it takes minutes to unlock and the applications restart. It also turned off once and did not turn on again
