Damage Product not in Working condition. The potentiometer is not working the in put is 9V and out put is not going more than 2.5 V.The out put voltage is not stable every time fluctuating volt I hav update the picture of this item. packing is not good just wrapped up. please advise what to do with damage item. please help or advice me how to Repair or fix this damage item. where is the service center please provide Details. BG343834161 Thefirst photo shows connecting the supply voltage to the module output. This probably damaged the module. Only in the next photos you can see the voltage applied to the "in" input.

BG142149133 @BG343834161 idont understand why you say that the first pic nothing is connected to the module. i have exaclty the same issue and dont connect it to the wrong way....
