The device I received seems not to play stereo. It does not respond to left and right channel balance change strangly. When switching on the device a female voice sais in Chinese english: "Device is now leady to pail". I think a decent "ping" and "pong" would have sufficed or no sound at all. Can we switch the sound off? The 220v cord that came along with the package was for non-European sockets. There was only one audio connector cable in the packing. Besides that everything seems to work. It would be a great device for a great price when the above problems were solved... sorry maybe mine was an exception. It is a great box to convert some unused loudspeaker to a bluetooth speaker.

mkroeks I tried to contact customer service three times, but no reply yet. I would really like to know, how to connect the LEFT and RIGHT speaker to the box. Thank you!!
