dirkm This display has only a HDMI input. It cannot be used for your laptop lacking a HDMI port, unless you use a converter. Probably SKU 1036357 would fit your needs, at this has also VGA input.

dirkm Thisis a 7 inch display. Mine had a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. Check type to order, as this also exists with a 800x640 resolution.

dirkm I powered it with 5V DC. It then draws 0.35 Amps. It uses a standard DC jack 5.5 x 2.1 mm (see SKU 39991).

dirkm The module needs two wires, one line and one neutral, or two lines. This to power the integrated wifi-module (ESP8266). The module can be controlled by a normal switch (SPDT) or a push button (SPST), configurable from the app.

dirkm I used the connector with leads which came with the motor. The Excellway DH32 (sku 1128311) does not fit.

dirkm The green light indeed does flash every 40 seconds. I've got 3 of them, all doing the same. They are all connected to the RF Bridge (SKU 1179900).
