This is a very good quality device. Internal construction is clean and appears well designed with very good looking high amperage connections and board traces and buses. I have only used it for a single small project and a lot of experimenting so I cannot yet comment on long term use or battery life but it definitely has the power to do spot welding of component leads to each other as well as making battery packs. The case is also excellent and strong. Very high quality materials. There is not a lot of clearance internally between the metal case and the bolts that hold the batteries. This should not be a problem given the high quality and strength of the case, but if you somehow did manage to crush the middle of the case that would possibly lead to a very bad day. The included cables also appear to be well crimped and heat shrunk and did not heat up at all in my working with it. The auto sensing feature knowing when you have both electrodes on the work piece worked perfectly every time. It also comes with a USB to USB-C cable for charging so this could be used with any usb power supply not just a USB-C one. The manual it comes with is written entirely in Chinese but all the instructions you really need are also silk screened in English on the bottom of the case next to the charging port. To remind you about how to set the power mode and the auto/manual trigger mode. This is actually better than an English manual as it will always be with the device and I won't lose it. I am impressed and very happy with the quality of this little welder! I am specifically reviewing the model with a single USB C port.

Q: what is the output of the fan

demandé par Nihar Ranjan Choudhury sur 2018-08-11 01:47:24

james The fan output appears to be directly connected to the input. So whatever voltage you input will be output to that connector. There does not appear to be any temperature or load sensing, the connector is live whenever the device is powered.

james Ignoring the internal losses the maximum output is 200amps at 28v which which is 5600 watts output max. 5600 watts divided by 220v is 25.4 amps. So I would guess that is the minimum requirement for running it at it’s full 200 amp output. I would ask again for them to publish the actual input power requirements. Thats also assuming that the output voltage range they specify goes up at higher output levels instead of down. If it’s the othe way around and at 200A it’s 20v then it’s only 4000 watt output and at 220v just 18amps. No way to know without knowing what the actual input requirements are but I think regardless of them you’ll need more than 10 amps unless you only want to run it at it’s lower power levels.
