Very nice camera using the V380-pro app to view. We are using several of this type of cameras to monitor our comunity center. Als the build in alarm is often used to monitor unwanted guests. Nice product with an affordable prise.

A nice collection of bold and nuts but received it in a very bad condition. As you can see at the pictures it was rather messy. Packing was damaged and I hopefully received it all but not sure that it is complete. There were holes in the bag and the inner packing was also broken. It will take some hours to sort it all out now and if there is some time I will count if I received it all complete. China, please improve your packaging!!!

This ceiling fan and light has funtioned for lees than 9 minutes and then exploded and blown all the fuses in our house. After writing the "after sales department" I have to question all kind of questions and the request to see if I can let it be repaired at a local shop, together with the remak that one will not pay for investigation. It kosts me € 50,- to investigate and after a day I get the message, it could not be repaired here unless I can supply them a new controller board. Again contacted the after sales dept. and let them know we need a controller board. Now we wait for any answer but it is, even after a reply, very silent. The temperatures are going down now so I don't need it but waiting this long for a solution....................

Q: Actually two questions: 1) Will there be an upgrade in firmware / microcode when GSM 5G is general available? 2) I've planned to use this system for our comunity center so we can eliminate all GSM use during presentations or other "no disturb" activities. Is this the correct instrument for it?

Miashu Hello , I got this item , of course there is no instructions with it so , I have no idea about firmware . I have used it around home , it does drop the signal but gets quite hot . I have not used it in a hall etc . Really , its not all that .
