Excelente printer, took a bit of tweaking to get it printing just right but now it does .2 tolerances perfectly. Factory assembly may be a bit rough, but if you take the time to optimise everything you will love the printer. It is extremely silently, I have it printing next room to my bedroom and I can barely ear the fans when it is printing at night. You won't be able to ear the stepper motors at all. It will print up to .12 resolution and with excellent finish, at least with PLA, I have yet to test other materials. If you have problems with the bed bowing inwards remove it and check if the aluminium plate is flat, with a string or steel ruler, then check using the same method to see if the glass bed is flat. they should be. While putting it on again make sure the glass bed is perfectly centered and that the metal clips are not inserted all the way, or you may end up scratching the nozzel. They should be in just enough to secure the bed. After everything was perfectly centered and I finished leveling it, the build plate was as flat as it could be. When mounting the Z axis make sure to leave the vertical metal profiles slightly loose, so you can slide in the axis easily and connect the horizontal profile in a way the movement and friction on the rollers is equal in all Z positions. If the Z axis binds and you can't slid it on the rails, it means the rollers need adjustment. The only ones you can adjust are the ones that will be facing the center of the printer. Also make sure to adjust the rollers on the X and Y axis, since they won't come perfect from the factory. My last recommendation is for you to be sure that the bolts securing the bottom profile are tight, and to allow the printer's base to level itself by untightning the bolts on either side of the printer's base (4 on each side).
