BABanta Did you read the vendor description? very clearly says no batteries included. You should be disappointed in yourself for not reading all the specs b4 buying. Good 18650's can be purchased online. Note, vendor says it takes 6 batteries!

Arrived in good condition but NO BATTERIES!!! these are expensive and difficult to find because they are not AA or common type batteries. Not happy. Very disappointing as it's a great product

This camera was easy to install on my network. Directions that come with the camera are hard to understand and installation steps are not intuitive. I have 3 other similar Escam units and through previous experience was able to bring camera up quickly. If this is your first Escam purchase, good luck, I found it very difficult to install and luckily I am experienced PC - camera user and figured it out, but only after many hours of trial and error. Also, even though it is not mentioned on website, this camera also works well with Escam VMS windows based software. XMEye software on Android smart phone works well too.
