Q: When plugged into my laptop, the LCD works perfectly as a display. But theres no sound. Even my laptop's sound didn't work when used with this LCD. Is there a reason why?

Took my computers audio to a whole new level. Was weary due to how cheap it was, but I am very very impressed with the sound I am now getting out of my speakers. At the retail price of 72.99 I think would still be a good buy, but if you can get it on sale like I did for 14.99 you are going to be impressed!!! Very well made solid construction. Haven't tried the bluetooth, but it would be worthy of its price even if it didn't have it. If you don't have amplifier hooked to your speakers do your ears a favor and buy this thing!!

Q: what is the brightness on this display in nits? and contrast spec? I need a display with good sunlight readabillity. Thanks!

phreekniq2009 I haven't tried using mine outside, but I am pretty sure this display would not be bright enough to be used outside in sunlight. The backlight is either on or off with no adjustments.

phreekniq2009 Iactually have mine hooked up to my windows 10 pc as a 3rd monitor with NZXT's cam showing on it to monitor my computer. So I'm not sure what your question is exactly but hopefully this helps.

It is well built, but The Bangood shopping experience got me on this one. I thought I ordered the 1024x600, but ends up I ordered the 800x480. Really sucks since this probably won't be able to be used for the project I bought it for. Lesson Learned though and I will watch closer which letter I have chosen before buying anything else on here. If you need a low resolution touchscreen for a project. This is definitely a lot better quality than what I thought it was going to be. It even came with an HDMI to mini HDMI converter for the raspberry Pi 4. But as for me, I'm off to amazon to buy the resolution screen I actually wanted for about 10 dollars more than Bangood with 2 day instead of 30 day shipping. Have a great day!

phreekniq2009 It takes an 18650 battery. 18650 are rechargeable Lithium Ion that have a much higher discharge voltage than a AA.

phreekniq2009 No. but if you run it with a raspberry pi you should be able to use the headphone jack on it for sound.

Received this item in about 20 days or so. When I opened up the poly mailer that it was in I was skeptical that the mirror would be in one piece, but to my suprise even though the box looked like someone had thrown it on the ground and jumped up and down on it, the mirror and light were still all in one piece. The mirror really comes in handy for me and my wife as both of our eyesights are starting to slip. the lighting provided by the LED lights gives a nice soft light. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. My wife used it for a facebook makeup video the day we got it and it fit in very well with the lighting from her 10" ring light. Great buy especially when they run it on sale for around $10 like it was when i purchased mine. Have a great day.

phreekniq2009 By the pictures shown it looks like the brand name is either "HOCCHI" or "ROCCHI" and the model name is stated in the description. its generic like " 4k Dual Lens Drone with GPS" look above .
