ArjanStam This a *protection* board only, and NO power supply, and NO instructions come with it. Then again, this board ONLY protects the individual cells against a terminal voltage that exceeds 4.20 Volt. This is the HX-JH-008 board; here is a link to a detailed explanation of a 4 cell LiFePO4 board which does exactly the same with four 3.2 V cells as the HX-JH-008 does with 7 or 8 Li-ion or LiPo cells of 3.7 V. www.thunderheartreviews.com[slash]2020[slash]03[slash]hx-jh-004-4s-12v-lifepo4-balancer.html (every instance of [slash] needs to be changed to a slash character).

ArjanStam No, you'd need a grid-tie inverter.

Q: Can it be used in saltwater for short periods of time?

demandé par MTS sur 2020-06-12 12:38:15

ArjanStam The casing is plastic, and it has some metal screws. Since it is specified for use with "acid and alkali solutions" (even with "etc." added), which can both be (much) more corrosive, depending on which acid or alkaline solutio,. it is most probably perfectly able to withstand salt water, and virtually certainly for short periods only.
