Don't overlook this buggy because of the false speed claim. It is made with quality components, like it's 16889a pro sibling. A few surprise during my teardown : metal wheel hex, shims in the diff for the sun gears, swaybar ready bulkhead (diff housing) and lower a-arms. Don't do like all those YouTube gurus that know nothing, the rear wing is a two piece affair!!!

I bought 2 packs of 5 lipo. 4 looked suspicious out of the box, like slightly thicker and rounded than the other 6. After 10 charge cycles, they did not puff and perform all equally well.

BenLandel With metal arms, you will snap the bulkhead/diff housing instead of the arm. Arms are cheap!

Very nice RC for the price. Almost the same as the 16889a pro, but with 2 lipo and cheaper. The rear upper suspension is different, maybe weaker. You have size comparisons with an HBX 18th scale, a 144001 and a Typhon 6S. It's about the same size of a 144001. Open the diff and grease them. Don't panic, there are only 2 satellite gear in these diff!!!

Tires feel nice and grippy, definitely NOT a hard drift tire. Wheels look nice, tire are to be glued and it can be beneficial to disassemble and place the foam properly to help with wheel balance. I was surprised that the directionnal thread was properly set and that I got 2 left and 2 right wheels!! BG is getting there!!!

I'm not good at soldering, or so I thought!! In fact, my prior iron was just not strong enough. This is a good one will make soldering all those pesky battery connectors a breeze!!

BenLandel The case is not even shipping proof...It is not good for storing LiPo if you want any kind of protection from fire or explosion.
