The reviews suggest that this works well. How is one to know however when there are no complete instructions on how to use it. Why are there two resistors? Are these both needed in all cases? If not when do you use one and when do you use both? If you do use both are they connected in series or parallel? Answers would be appreciated please.

Q: why there's a capacitor inside the packet? (the green one) it's also in the pictures: where it has to be soldered?

mpjf01 It's a simple question, why can't someone give an answer rather than referring us to the same set of videos. The first one I watched for a few moments, it was a terrible production with the product only occasionally in frame and showed nothing useful in the time I persisted.
