Q: What precision have this jig?

Roninfree I found the jig to be very precise. The centre line marked on the jig where the bushes screw into aligned accurately, there is a stop that holds the jig in place when working on the ends of the work piece (the stop can be unscrewed when using jig in centre of work piece). The hole can be drilled exactly in the centre of the edge when using a Brad point bit.

Roninfree The ring is plastic, the connector between the tripod and ring is mostly metal only the base that screws into the ring is plastic, the tripod is all metal. The flexible bit of the phone holder is metal but the clamp is plastic

Q: What is the exact bushing thread size (thread between the jig and the drill bit adapter bushings)?

Roninfree Thread is m14, pitch 1mm. Following measurement tolerances are plus minus 0.5 mm - Length of bush is 25mm, thread bush length is 13mm, thumb turn part of bush 11mm.
