drcameron I'm not sure if there is an upgraded antenna for the EV800D, but this performs the same and looks the same as the patch antenna that came with my EV800Ds. I used this set on my EV100 goggles. They work great!

working great on my x-lite. easy to install. I ended up installing it beneath the tx board using the included screws.

drcameron with the rx bound to the tx, put the tx sticks in the desired position, then hold the bind button down for several seconds. The blue light should blink and then stay on indicating success.

Working great on the Tyro69 that I built. The range exceeds the 25mw vtx. It was easy to set up .

Replaced a defective fc in a bugs 3 I was given. It was an easy swap. Just a few minutes and some solder, plug in the lights, then a battery. Pair it with the tx and calibrate. Then up in the air.

The EV800D's work great. My only complaint is that the battery life is only about an hour of use. I have been careful not to let it get to one bar. I would have preferred to see an actual % or volt value to be more confident that the screen wouldn't just black out on me. This said, the signal reception was great. The DVR is working well. I wasn't planning to get the E014 because I had enjoyed flying the Tiny whoop quads (E010, H36, etc) and my Hubsan X107C was my go to little camera quad. When I received the E104 and flew it for the first time...wow! It is so stable. The controller does auto take off and land and the quad has altitude hold that works EXTREMELY WELL! The Eachine Fly app does a great job too, but I prefer to use the controller to fly the quad and use my phone to record video. One aspect of the Eachine Fly app that was interesting and surprisingly worked pretty well, was the pattern fly mode. It is essentially a small box where you trace a flight path and the quad flies that path. Is it perfect? No, but it is impressive that it works so well. Draw a box. It flies in a box. Draw a star. It flies in a star pattern. The video recording is ok, comparable to my Hubsan X107C. Flight times are 4-5 minutes depending on wifi use. There is also a self flight mode, where you press the button and toss it in the air. It hovers and uses the position sensor underneath to follow hand movements to control the drone. Its a little gimmicky, but again is impressive that it works so well. The battery is a 300mah 1s battery and integrated to the quad. The included charger simply plugs in and in about 20-30 minutes its charged and good to go again. The quad also can do auto flips and has 3 rates for smooth flight to a fast little racer with excellent altitude hold, especially indoors or outdoors with no wind.

Arrived in about 2 weeks. It came with pvc pipe supports so that it didn't bend during shipping. The canopy is removable with wights inside. The elevator is adjustable. Place in the second diagonal position to have it do loops. Planning to add RC components to make it really fly.

Aside from the diminutive controller, this is an excellent little quad copter. Unfortunately neither of the two I received would bind to the T8SG as hoped, so I am stuck using the stock tx. The colors are fantastic and I can get 5+ minute flights easily. They are perfect indoor fliers.

This is an excellent little receiver! I use it for both battle bots and rc scratch built planes. The most challenging part is soldering the pins. My first one had a problem binding, but the replacement worked flawlessly. Thank you!
