BIG SURPRISE for all users of this device: I found the mystery of the insensitive microphone: A Chinese worker who did not drink his coffee mounted it upside down, on the opposite side of the printed wiring board !!! Mount it on the opposite side of the wiring board and it will work properly! Call ONLY a professional electronics technician !!!
