I’ll admit I wasn’t particularly optimistic about this set due to poor experiences with similarly priced Bluetooth earbuds, but as I cannot stand the squishy tipped earbuds and need the hard ones, this was honestly the last option for me outside of actual Apple AirPods. For the most part, it’s really easy to use. Some differences in controls from what I’m used to gave me some difficulty, but it’s nothing bad. I was honestly surprised to find that the sound quality is probably a good 4/5 stars, even with the very bass heavy music I tend to listen to. The range leaves quite a bit to be desired... I can’t have my phone in a pocket on my pants leg without tons of interference, can’t set my phone on a counter and turn to face the other direction, can’t step just around a corner or have furniture blocking the way. And the left earbud has entirely fallen apart for reasons I can’t quite comprehend... luckily I tend to use the right one more frequently, but as I’m no longer able to use both, I find I use it less often than in the beginning. All in all, I’m satisfied enough that I’m going to order a replacement pair in the hopes that this was just a fluke, and the next one will stand up a little better.

Q: Dear seller Back of the bag is not shown in any of the images. Does it have 2 shoulder straps or only one? I don't see the laptop pocket in the images? Where is it? Thanks

mysticaltitansa You can see in one or two of the images that it's a single shoulder strap. Just gotta look kinda closely. Images could have been updated since you asked this question.
