The delivery was quick and painless. Very impressive. Had a look at the step by step picture guide as part of product description info to assemble. Details mentioned it gets sent with a voltage connector for your country. I assembled and switched on with a big flash and smoke. connection burnt black. Have pictures to show assembly. Can you assist please? Not sure how to continue now or if it is still useable.

Q: What are the technical specifications for this product? how many LED’s per running metre? How many Watts per metre. can this product be mounted and are there clips available to do this? is there a dimming option available for the product?

Rhubarb there is 60leds in per meter. it is about 3.6W per meter. it can be mounted, but not be dimmable.
