Package arrived later than expected delivery date (12 days, 19 days from ordering). Package fell out of the delivery vehicle result damaged carton/foam packaging. Hope the printer is not damaged.

Q: I have the same question as someone else. This unit is advertised as version 4.2 but the stickers on the unit say 4.1. What version is it?

The delivery time and price was awesome. Is there missing parts? The main picture shows the camera has mount and scrolling through ad there's a OSD menu cable. I do realise that the list of items included in the package are stated also in the ad. I did not see anywhere on the ad that the mount and OSD controller need to be purchased separtly. Apart from those two, I'm very happy with Bang Good's products and service.

Q: My camera came with no OSD controller, how can I setup ?

Gibbo Same, no controller and mount? Even though the main picture clearly shows the camera with a camera mount and when you scroll through the ad, the run cam controller is there?
