The product suffered damage during transport and arrived with the CD and LED lamp cracked. That didn't prevent me from using the product; I'm very pleased with it, but it would be good for the seller to use more appropriate packaging. The product came poorly packaged. I am satisfied with the product and its performance. It magnifies well and has a very clear view; it is ideal for micro-soldering. The working distance is acceptable, somewhere around 20-25 cm, but I have already ordered a Barlow lens to increase the working distance and as a protection for the lens. Setting aside the issues caused by transport, I am very satisfied with the product.

The product material and build looks premium, but the product for me come faulty, I powered it to 220 v correctly, but I couldn't adjust anything current or voltage on the screen err appeared, and it didn't do anything. and after 5 minutes it made a boom, a little smoke came out and it would be safe. after I removed the fuse and replaced the spare one and turned on the power switch it made a small flame and it was blocked. and neither the display nor the device started.

A good Product in that price Area, i really like-it. Please always read the product description and Notices about what product you get in available warehouses. Can be different configurations SSD, case or build. In the rest im very happy whit the BMAX products. I bought more than six laptops in the past Year : 2 pc BMAX Y11, 2 pc BMAX Y13 and now 2 BMAX X15

Pro: the Shipment was fast, the product like in description. The product is OK, small (fit on my small desk) i like it, Im very happy Contra: the product came packed poorly just in the product card box, whitout any shipment packaging. But all over the product was delivered in good condition. Thank you

Ottimo portatile per uso d'ufficio (ho provato anche a giocare la la scheda grafica tende a fare cilecca) La posizione della webcam non è ottimale , bisogna piegare in modo perpendicolare il monitor con la tastiera per inquadrare bene il volto in modo che la scena di registrazione sia in centro , oppure mettere sotto al PC qualcosa per alzare la parte dietro Per quanto riguarda la spedizione mi è arrivato un giorno prima Ha solamente una porta USB (con una multipla di buona qualità si può rimediare a questa situazione) , una porta type-C , una entrata per le micro memory card (quelle che si mettono nei smartphone) , porta jack per le cuffie Windows 10 è già preinstallato e attivato ma in lingua cinese o inglese , il layout della tastiera è americano internazionale , non c'è la lingua nella prima installazione Se andate a formattare completamente il PC ricordatevi di fare un backup dei driver perché perderà tutti i driver dopo la completa formattazione per andare ad installare la versione in italiano di Windows (il WiFi per esempio non funzionerà più) La batteria dura più o meno 5 ore non di più Per far durare di più la batteria , non dovete accenderlo subito appena arrivato dal corriere , ma caricarlo al 100% senza accenderlo finché non compare la spia gialla-verde sul PC

All Is ok, i like the product very much. Only strange thing the F keys (brightness, sound sleep ) work without FN keys. The display is great, nice touch/feel. Over all the product is great for that price is a very good office laptop.
