BG159018946 The 12V version of the turbine delivers 5A dc current at 10m(s) wind speed behind a three phase rectifier and a battery voltage of 14V. In stormy weather with wind speeds above 10m(s) and up to 25m(s) I never saw a current of more than 6.2A_dc. So I would call the turbine to be a 100W one. It might be that with a sophisticated MPP-tracking "buck" controller and under constant-high wind speeds above 10m(s), a higher power output is possible. But I'm afraid that the output would never, under no circumstances, be higher than 150W. I think the turbine is designed for rather weak wind situations. At higher wind speeds and a connected 12V battery, the windstream separates (strips) from the blade surface and limits the maximum power. The editor here doesn't allow a slash, so I wasn't able to type or write the correct unit m(s)...

BG159018946 the blades and the hub are included, as to be seen on the product pictures. Of course they have to be assembled, but that's really easy.
