JohnHendry Specsregarding weight on both B4023 KV versions will be listed the same and in reality be very close in weight usually... and listed specs I have are 65 grams for the 1050KV version. The 850KV will need a bigger prop so still a bummer you got wrong KV.

JohnHendry Both of mine were the same... and one had non-tapered screws that should not be used inside a tapered screw hole. I have a small lathe and will shorten the stand offs... on the plus side they must be lighter as my frames come in at 73g.

JohnHendry I have two of the original and the square alum internal suport the carbon spar goes into are different in height so because the spar is forward and not in the center when you join the wings the low wing has a much higher angle of attack. It uses a square internal tube so it can fixed using solid 9mm rod and sanding one side down on the top about 1mm and adding 1mm carbon strip on tne bottom sanded to fit so wings have the same height and angle of attack but 9mm solid spar is hard to find.

JohnHendry Must be a difference in the weight of each frames carbon as a few grams on either side of the advertised weight should be expected @ $22 bucks and that many cut pieces. For every frame to weight the exactly same requires more QC and material expense than is going into manufacturing these frames. File the edges and you'll remove a gram easy. I'm sure BG picked a frame on the light side. Filing a Wasp frame was shown in the construction video and I always do that to avoid splinters.

JohnHendry Very hard to do even with the right soldering equipment as chips are so close on both sides.. took one to an expert and he said it would cost more than the camera to do it . The stock antenna shown should last as long as the camera

JohnHendry Do they weigh the same? That says a lot if they are the same capacity at the same C rating or not. Lipos are getting better so maybe an improved version but generally weight will say what is most likely the case where if they weigh the same but really have a smaller measured volume (not just shape change) you have less capacity at a higher C rating I believe. At any rate high C rated batteries generally weigh more relative to their capasity.
