Q: What voltage range can it be set between. Can cut off be over 13v etc?

BG154257106 Yes, Mine was set to cutout at 13.21-volts and re-connected at 13.32-volts, No Load (11-mv) window without adjusting the potentiometer from the factory.

Osbrook Afair number but the bandwidth is shared between each connection. I only use 3 connections and they appear to be all fast.
