Raphael I am actually using it at a self built machine. I cant tell you anything about the Makerbot, sorry.

The product arrived quickly and without any damages. I have nearly printed 500g of PLA with it now and had never problems with it. I have ordered one with a 0.4mm nozzle for 1.75mm filament. I am using it with 24V. Therefore i have replaced the fan and the heat cartridge to 24v ones. I am using it with the Ramps-Set which i also bought here on Banggood. I definitely recommend buying the extruder.

Raphael To solve the problem you just have to solder a 470-1k ohm resistor between Pins 2-3 on the back. I have posted a picture here: http://www.banggood.com/LCD12864-RAMPS-1_4-Board-2560-R3-Control-Board-A4988-Driver-Kit-images-p936768-q46549.html

Always good packet & fast shiping. But this time the lcd has a fault with contrast that make the LCD almost unreadable. Wait for a solution or ask support to help me.

Fast shipping and well packed.However there is a contrast problem in my lcd display.I tried several times to adjut but visibility is just decreasing not increase.Another ıssue is when ı press the toggle switch to reach to main menu the lcd and also the menu selections are bilinking.Because of that reason it is imposible to control the machine settings. Best regards.
