lukaskovasek2011 thisheatbreak is used in E3D V6 hotend and its clones so if your ender 3 uses this hotend it is compatible. but by default the Ender is equipped with another hotend (MK8 and the like.)

lukaskovasek2011 you need a zigbee bridge sonoff the sensor itself does not work, it must be connected to a bridge supporting the zigbee communication protocol, then it can be controlled via an application ..
