Q: will this work on 110 and just be weaker?

stephenbuick Bit difficult to foresee what might happen, If there is no regulation circuity inside, you can try it on a 110v circuit and the worst that will happen is that it will light dimly or not at all. However if the lamp contains a regulator, it's hard to predict how it will act with an input voltage below it's rated voltage. The worst case is that the regulator could overheat and burn out. A 110v to 220v converter can be used in which case they will work but at an additional cost

Q: Is this rated for argon only, CO² only or the mix of both ?

stephenbuick I have used for mixed gas and argon with no issue - couldn't see an issue with CO² just have not used it for that application

stephenbuick Youcan use with out flux , ensure surfaces are clean heated correctly . this is more like brazing than welding. For best performance flux will make the job easier
