Mar Lin According to the connections SDA/SCL it has a compass aka magnetometer.

Q: Does CW means clockwise thread ot Clockwise turn direction ?

Mar Lin Since the motors can turn in both directions, CW/CCW is always the direction of thread. I wouldn‘t bother too much... most of the motors having CW only but turning CCW as well without a problem.
