Q: Hello good morning, This is the second card that I buy with you, this time I followed the instructions as it appears in your video, but it stays red, not blink, I tried to turn it on with the remote control and it does not work, it will have something to be with the firmware ? the problem is that there are already too many firmware and I don't know which one is correct now. my monitor is an HP: LP171WX2-A4K9

Lupin Theboard turned on for me without any firmware change (with both the remote and the wired button). Pick a firmware that matches your panel's resolution. Get the firmware out of the package that matches your board's name (T.SK106A.03 if you bought it in the last few weeks).
