BG103254081 Has back up Batt for power outs but runs on 240 Vlt My has has lost projection mostly but is still just visible when it's really dark

Q: Will the other connector (NOT the POL one for the big tank) fit USA small tanks used with lanterns, torches, etc. ?

BG103254081 I found the small end to fit the butane canisters works just fine but the larger end for NZ LPG tanks was to short to release the safety valve so I added a ring below the threads to make it seat deeper (Problem solved)
