Oli Youshould be able to use with XM in D16 mode.

Q: how to biind it to my TX?

Oli Itdepends what TX and RX you are using, but normally put the TX into bind mode, and then Hold the bind button on RX while powering up the quad with a battery.

Oli You will need batteries for the quad, and of course a radio TX and fpv goggles etc
