My gimbal arrived very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The gimbal works great without any issues straight out of the box. I highly recommend you download the software that goes with the gimbal, it allows you to make many adjustments with ease. The only point i would make is that when using the software for making adjustments you must hit the enter key on your keyboard after you have changed any settings, if you don't hit enter after making the adjustment the new setting will not be saved to the gimbal when you hit the ''Write Flash' button. It does not make that clear in the software, at first i was making the adjustments and then clicking on 'Write Flash' without hitting the enter key after each adjustment - took me a while to realise what i was doing wrong. But once i realised it was easy to make any adjustment i wanted - gimbal pan speed - tilt speed, tilt range, pan range, roll range, etc. Very good gimbal in my opinion.
