The PCB with STM32F103C8T6 on board works fine, can be programmed from stm programmers. It is one very serious trouble - ADC noise is very very larga, more than 5-6 units becouse of pcb desing. Be carefull with using the pcb as ADC. You can see the ADC noise on Figure.

Edfrei That is because power supply and analog power supply for this board are tied to the same point, it is a bad design but is to make the thing as cheap. If You need to use ADC, you better use this product: id 920184
