I ordered two and both were defective. One had issues with the buttons and switches not working and the other had the display damaged and beyond repair. Dealing with bgd customer service for refund has been a nightmare. The amount of time I have spent taking pictures, making videos and then editing them trying to send it as a small file through email, I could have bought it somewhere else for 10 times the price. So far I have sent three different videos and everytime bgd came back for another.
