Good quality for the price, the crystal lens is able to be removed from it's housing easily by unscrewing the retention knob at the base of the housing which might be useful in some circumstances. The brass and timber make for an attractive addition, the unit is comfortable in hand. All in all, I'm very happy with this glass for the price.

Ça a l'air bien, ça fait du bien. Le verre est bien poli. Même la boîte qu'il est entré se sent bien et protège la loupe assez bien. Le grossissement est parfait pour lire les petits caractères des manuels chinois.

Looks good, feels good. The glass is well polished. Even the box it came in feels good and protects the magnifying glass pretty good. The magnification is just perfect for reading the small print of chinese manuals.
