This will be my second Hubsan.... They are fantastic. Nearly perfect design mixed with ease of use and plenty of power and range. The camera is above average and the transmitter on the advanced is worth the extra money. My last one did crash and I do have other quads but this one is my favourite. I have since rebuilt my old one but work and weather have prevented a test flight. Let's just say I had the most fun with the 501S so I just always keep one in the car in case of opportunity . I am adding a Onepaa camera and FPV base to this one.....forget trying a 3 axis gimbal, It was not designed for it. But a camera such as The EYE has electronic stabilisation and I a have had some good results. Even as a first quad for outdoors this is the one . Rock solid performance in every way. I love them. for the perfect system try the 1080p (goggles two) available on Banggood. I thing the whole setup with spare batteries was about $500AUD for a great FPV quality first camera drone. Yet to try the Onepaa but the reviews look good and this drone will lift it easy. I have taken some spectacular shots. The video is great but lacks stabilisation. But for a first serious drone you can fly far away and explore this is it.
