Runs smooth, very responsive, but if you update netflix then the app will no longer work. Kinda a big reason I bought this. HULU has been working great though. Remote is okay. Needs a pause button. Mouse mode is a nice touch, but it scrolls a bit too slow. Do yourself a favor and get a mini wireless mouse/keyboard combo. (Space bar pauses most video apps) Just remember that at the end of the day, it's an Android platform. A mouse works like a finger would on a touchscreen. You'll need to clock and drag like you would swipe on a phone.
