The unit is OK. I tested it for 24V input, 11V output ay 10A current. The output voltage is relatively constant (from 11.5V no load to 11.2V at 10A). The temperatures are: 100 dgr.C for transformer, 100 dgr.C for one heatsink and 80 dgr.C for the other.

BG231044316 Did you need to adjust the CC resistor for it to supply 10A? It is hard to interrupt from the product description, but it sounds like if the circuit is connected without a common ground you only need to adjust the CV to your target, and the circuit will provide whatever current it can for the load.
