Problem with the "on-off" switch. Some times - (the right side) half , will NOT change to "on" , so only the left half lamp is working. Other times - both sides will not light-up. Have to "play" with it , a few times for both sides start to work.

Ils s'allument quand je mets ma main près des panneaux solaires, sans même la toucher, je retire ma main, et elle s'éteint.
