The packaging was a little damaged, but the product itself was new and received no damage during the shipping. The seller shipped it within a day after I paid for this item, it took a week or two longer than the 15 days, but it was due to the national service (Lima, Peru) It is comfortable for use, and got easily recognised by the game I was playing, if there was one thing that I could change for the product, I would change the connection it uses, given that, at first, I thought it was removable and was trying to slightly pull it, and it wasn't visible that the USB cable had an USB type B on the other tip. Good product for the price.
