Shopping from UK England. Price included VAT. So price I paid was inclusive to my door. Cheapest price I could find on web too. I'm not knowledgeable in electronics so can't comment on actual use. Have tested a Capacitor and Diode. The screen showed the items under test and values. Test clips are a bit cheap. Oscilloscope and probe are working. Took a week to arrive in my case. I wanted one and got it at a good price without waiting a month. Pleased, first purchase went well.
