got the camera and I have to say it is a huge upgrade over the eachine TX05, while this eachine TX06 only has 25ma of transmitting power it is a lot more efficient than the old model and so still has great range. it also stays a lot cooler than the old model, it still gets quite hot and I would still like to use it with a extra heatsink or extra air flow but it stays a lot cooler than the old model when set at the same tx strength and it is super much smaller and more light weight. also most other problems from the old version are improved on or fixed. for example you no longer need to solder new wires for using this as a standalone vtx cam. it also has a normal power connector so you can directly power it, etc. the settings are easy to understand and use, etc. the FOV is also great, it is quite big and usable but without the distortion so everything stays clear while having a great FOV similar to normal eyes which also makes this FPV camera quite instinctive to use. what I would like to see improved: I would like to see some easy solution for increasing the cooling or overheating protection so you don't have to be afraid of it destroying itself. while it stays a lot cooler already it would be nice if there where for example ways of adding some kind of mini heat sink or heat spreader so it cools of faster. a 5.8ghz vtx which stays cool would be really great.
