I have had 9 of these in service since November 2013 (over 31 months now) and they are all working flawlessly. One of them stays turned on for over 12 hours/day. The color temperature is also very nice - not too yellow, not too white. I recently bought another 6, now I'm back to buy another 8, because the rooms that still have warm white CFL's in them don't look anywhere near as nice as these.
