blertsi you order is correct you must choose correct type. or you thought you pay 10 usd for complete tool 2 battery and charger? 😂

Spark Ibought the full kit plus a spare chain. Everything was just fine until one of the batteries had gone off for good.
Now I neet to but a new spare battery and can't find it on Banggood.
I asked for help to BangGood but it seems that they either don't understand englisht language or they just don't read what we write and, as an answer to my inquire "how to buy a spare battery" they insist in asking for a proof of the deficiency. I really feel frustrated and helpless.
Try to find and order a single battery for chainsaw and you will understand my frustration
