This thing fulfilled my expectations. It is surprisingly heavy for its size. I have used it on the weakest level yet, however it works as a charm. Primarily I bought it for welding Nichrome to copper. Rather I decided to weld the Nichrome wire to the provided nickel sheet pieces. These pieces are easy to solder to any copper wires. This is an absolute must if one wants to work with high gauge (38-42 AWG) Nichrome wires. The price is really affordable. The only question is how long the battery will keep up but in the worst case it can be exchanged for another LiPo easily.
