Very small, and can get power from TV's USB. I used it for transferring cable to bluetooth. I connected two bluetooth headphone simultaneously without problem. there is very small latency but you can't much realize it. Honestly I m watching movies and tracking talking part of scenes, I can't feel latency. Only issue that I found is I m using it 4-5 meters away and, you may want to max volume, and use your headphone to arrange desire volume. Otherwise it is somehow muting sound if there is no sound transmitting, I am feeling deep noise. If you max voluem from source, there is no noise.
