i live in germany, ordered on 27 march and received on 16 april. product was packed well, no damages whatsoever. item worked as described, app control works well, amazon alexa voice control is instant, power consumption history is amazing, strangely it showed zero watt usage when I connected amazon eco dot 3 (playing music), may be eco Dot 3 consumes very less ampere and this device cannot detect small currents (maybe), but after long time it showed some consumption. I highly recommend this item if you want to make your existing old device to smart device + monitor your consumption.
