The Aomway commanders arrived in good condition and very quickly - great! 1 month into ownership, the buttons to select INPUT (left stick press in) and to control DVR (right stick press in) both failed - I contacted support who asked me to send a video describing the problem, which I did - the response was that I should take the goggles apart and check for issues inside (without invalidating my warranty) I made another video showing this - I cleaned the contacts on the buttons and to my delight, The DVR (right stick press in) - started working again, but then it became intermittant - breaking up a 3 minute flight into about 7 short clips. The response from BangGood customer service was to offer a replacement top board at a cost of $45 - reasonable some might say - but I have only had the goggles for a short period - this isn't really good enough and now I feel I will be asking for a full refund - the goggles are pretty good when they work - but forget about getting any help afterwards - VIP 5 status doesn't help either. Very annoyed at this situation.
