For price, this is a great item. I would say it works without any hiccups 80% of the time. I pull one or both earphones from the case and it just works. Connect to my phone and I can make or receive a call, even in the middle of a call if I pull these earphones from the case they pick up the call and I can continue hands-free. Sometimes they get somehow "stuck" and I must put them back in the case and pull again or manually turn them on. Not sure why but generally this occurs more often when they are not at 100% battery even if not even close to being empty. The quality of sound on my side is excellent although I'm not an audiophile by any means. Other side sometimes says that my voice is lower quality when using these eraphones, but not every time so I'm not sure where is problem. Although it's not a problem, really more a minor nuisance. I'm satisfied with this purchase
