I ordered 10 of these led dimmable lights and 1 of them was scratched already when I opened the box. slightly disappointed I emailed customer service and when I told them I needed a replacement they obliged and will be sending me a new one. I'm glad I don't have to keep seeing a scratched light. good service recovery.
