This shield fits perfectly on my Arduino compatible board. The PWM controller is a PCA9685. This board works flawlessly with the Johnny-Five Platform, I was able to simply plug in my servos, and go. I soldered on some headers to access the pins of the Arduino which were not used by this board. You are left with 4 analog and 8 digital GPIO pins, 4 of the digital pins are PWM. All the components are on the top of the board, which made soldering the headers from the bottom very easy. I am very satisfied with this shield, and I recommend.

Carioca1nf Sorry, could you tell me, hot to make the connection with Arduino and how to send and receive the signals from and to the shield. I mount it and I make a bridge between this and Arduino uno, but then I don't know how to use it. Thanks. Fabio

BG421581818 Warning. It's exceptionally hard to find libraries to suit this board. As a servo shield you can use adafruits library but as a motor shield there is a problem as the pins that the board attached to on an Arduino Uno are not useable for two motors since only one connection is pwm. It's a pity because it's a nicely made board and if you are looking for a servo based project (such as a quadruped or hexapod) then this is good value. For a wheel driven robot or car you will be equally frustrated and disappointed.
