I was happily surprised to see the overall quality of this caliper. The case is kinda flimsy, but protects the caliper well enough. Also included but not mentioned is that it came with a spare battery beyond the one installed already. Might be a small thing, but it shows to me that the attempt is being made to have this be considered a good quality product. I have used it now for several of my 3D printing projects and it has been very reliable for me with no issues. I do worry a little bit about the display itself, as it seems a little vulnerable to damage. But as long as I keep that in mind, I think this will last me a long time.
